We want you to be happy with our products so that you’ll use them for a long time. Sometimes you can’t make that call until you have the thing in your hands and can try it with your dog.
This is why we offer returns for any reason as long as the items don’t show signs of wear. It works like this:
- Email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll cover the cost. For anything else, you’re responsible for the return postage.
- We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the product. We can’t refund you for products that didn’t make it back to us, so if you worry something might get lost in transit, we suggest you pay a little extra for tracked delivery.
